Barley is already mentioned in the Bible and is indispensable for brewing beer. Only the young leaves are harvested to produce the barley grass powder. The powders are tested and are gluten-free. Barley grass has a mild taste which is similar to a freshly mown meadow.
APPLICATION
Since barley grass powder has no dominant taste, it can be easily added to yoghurt, can be baked with it, is suitable for colouring pasta or complements smoothies.
