Spelt belongs to the old types of cereals whose advantages Hildegard von Bingen has described. Only the young leaves are harvested to produce spelt grass powder. Our green powders are tested and are gluten-free. Spelt grass has a mild taste and is reminiscent of a freshly cut meadow.
Since spelt grass has no dominant taste, it can be easily stirred into yoghurt, is suitable for colouring food and complements smoothie.
